I did a dumb thing. I wiped my hard drive and re installed Windows 10 and then downloaded P3D again. However, I had forgotten to uninstall it before I wiped the hard drive. Downloaded a fresh copy but of course it will not activate. I sent in the required e mail requesting help and am hopping that someone at LM will notice the e mail today and help me out with a new activation key.

To reset your Prepar3D Activation e-mail licensing@prepar3d.com with a very brief explanation of the reason you need your license reactivated, along with your license ID and Invoice number. Emails are addressed in two business days, weekends are not Included.

Before you Reinstall Prepar3D or perform any Major hardware Upgrades Including Operating system, you need to Uninstall/Deactivate Prepar3D v3 first to avoid Activation Issues
