GPS no terrain showing

Definitely, the Hotfix resolves the GPS problem for native and addon aircraft alike when properly applied.

Hotfix applied?

Hotfix is necessary to fix a number of GPS issues.

Applied the Hotfix, but now GPS is inoperative in every plane (default+add on aircraft). Can press on/off buttons, but the display acts as if it's getting no power. Previously worked in default aircraft until I applied the hotfix.

Windows 8.1/AMD Phenom II X4 965/8GB DDR3/Asrock 970 Extreme3/AMD Radeon 6770/1 GB DDR5

How was the hotfix applied? Sounds like you did it wrong.

Make sure that you did NOT remove all .dll's as only a select few, not all, of the .dll's are replaced in the hot fix.

I downloaded the patch and installed all the DLL.s and GPS is now working thanks

Running W8.1 Gigabyte Z77 Intel i5CPU with GeForce 640 video card

Must have posted this at the same time, same issue here, done as per the book, will re-download the hotfix a see if it might have been corrupted
