Re: 5.1 CTD after short flight time.
You guys rock. This issue was driving me mad. Confirmed solution for me too. Where it was happening for me: Departing L35 (Beg Bear, and Orbx airport in SOCAL); On OKACO ONE DEPARTURE - 1:23 seconds before OKACO waypoint. Also have Orbx NA Southern California, TrueEarth Southern California and the o...

Re: P3d v5 - multichannel vs singlechannel performance
I have been running 6 (5 with viewsgroups, 1 GPS) monitors on two RTX 2080ti with 1 CPU (i9-9900K) using V5 (and 4.5 before). No matter what i did i could not maintain a decent framerate, unless i dropped the sliders down. I eventually tracked it down the CPU load, ability to load content fast enoug...

Re: V5 CTD research and memory tests
Hello,
I managed to resolve this! it was the windshield.dll in the A2A 182 (Im reporting this now to the developer). Rock solid now - fixed all the memory leak issues...

V5 CTD research and memory tests
Hello LM, this is beta tester #125… loyal fan from way back… :) My last post was not accurate, that did not solve anything (except performance I am getting 40FPS with three view monitors, that’s nice) … however I did manage to track down the following and I believe its related… What’s happening is t...

Re: P3D V5 - MANY Graphics errors and CTDs
I have been fighting with this all week... and i think i have made some progress. Of course, everything works just find with 4.5 so there is nothing wrong with my rig. I would like to ask someone else to try this to see if it works. Im running 2x RTX2080ti's (no, SLI does not work yet), so, im runni...

Re: Rtx 2080 ti on 3 x 2k monitors
After a crazy amount of work on this topic I have finally solved it for me. 3x 2560x1440 monitors using g-sync (results better than triple buffer) 1x rtx 2080ti, forward monitor and realsimgear Garmin plugged in 1x rtx 2080ti, left and right monitors plugged into the other card (no sli, just using e...

P3DV5 .NET failures (v4.0.30319) with prepar3d.exe / g2d.dll / D3DDRED2
Hi, im getting pretty regular failures after running the sim for around 2 hours (causes sim to quit to desktop). Re: 3TV Viewgroup Vsync and Triple Buffering
@Sergej i can confirm that your method works. this has been driving me insane. Im running 3 monitors with View Groups and it never drops below 40FPS (ultra setting almost everywhere on a RTX2080TI). this is a game changer. Thank you sooooo much.

Re: Low frame rates with 4.5.13 SLI & popular add-ons [repro steps]
That CFG file works perfectly. in SLI or no SLI. The resolution steps dont include deleting the CFG file, you just leave it as is. Now i have a new problem that i dont think is solvable... having three monitors working at the same time (viewgroups or popout windows). I have tried everything and i pr...
