We had a brief outage this morning, but back up and running now. Thanks for your patience and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Thanks for the info.

I got multiple emails of subscribed threads - they all seem to have been deleted or removed after the outage.

However, it is still not possible to buy Prepar3D. :(

When will be fixed?

We've had successful transactions since the website came back up, can you let us know what problem you're having?

When I click on "Place Order", always shows this message:



Order Declined

Your credit card company has declined this transaction. This can occur for many reasons. Please contact your bank or use a different card.

Click the Continue button to enter another form of payment or verify your payment information.



But my credit card ist ok, says the bank. What can I do, to buy the Professional License? Thanks for help :)

Same here, can't buy P3D. Send Mail to P3D Support...
