We seem to be getting a lot of support and technical questions being sent to our general enquiries staff through our online contact form on the site. There are some that are also sending queries and posting on the site thinking that they will get a faster response. The enquiries staff are not geared up to answer questions like this and the best place to ask technical or support questions is this forum. So would encourage folks to only use the Contact Form if you are seeking other information relevant to business or commercial interests.
