I have just purchased Prepare 3D Academic and cannot in windows 10.
The isntallation process runs until the apparent step "Currently Processing Microsoft Direct X for Windows.
If I close it and try to reinstall I receive an error "non identified 0xffffff7
I have searched internet and dind't find a solution that resolves my installation.
Any help will be appreciated.

Hello Antônio and Welcome,
When you receive this type of Log code you should restart your computer and Insure you do the following.
1) Disable Windows Defender (Real Time Protection Off) OR any other Anti Virus Software you have
2) Disable UAC, User Account Control, to Never Notify
3) Finally right Click on Setup_Prepar3D.exe and run as administrator

If you are still having Issues Installing please try the following
Insure you follow step 1 and 2 and......
In this Order (Important)
I) Right Click on Install_Client.msi Click Install
II) Right Click and Install_Content.msi Click Install
III) Right Click and Install_Scenery.msi Click Install
