I have talked to the developer of LorbyAxisandOhs and he says that Lorby is not causing the problem. After looking in the Forum for posts about KERNELBASE.dll problems I downloaded and installed newer versions of Microsoft Visual C + 64 and 86 versions but this has not stopped the crashing.

The problem started sometime after installing ORBX Kelowna airport. I have uninstalled this add-on and disabled ORBX object flow.

I removed the prepar3d.cfg file and ran the repair function. Also reinstalled the aircraft (lMajestic Q400) where the error is occurring.

Could someone have a look at the error file and give me some further things to try to bring about a fix.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I'm afraid that this Kernelbase error event relates only to AxisAndOhs. The app is in trouble because SimConnect suddenly goes dead - following the simulator crash. You don't have to try and fix that, it is just a collateral event.

Unfortunately it tells you nothing about the original cause why the simulator crashed in the first place.

@ bigmarty ,

"Also reinstalled the aircraft (lMajestic Q400) where the error is occurring."

Maybe Majestic Q400 could verify on their setup?

Thanks very much for the replies. Especially Lorby's Oliver who has been very helpful in private emails.

I have discovered that the crash only occurs when flying out of Kelowna airport. As mentioned I recently installed ORBX's Kelowna airport although I uninstalled this add-on when the crashes started. I am thinking there must have been something in the ORBX Kelowna airport download that has created some kind of conflict.

I will post on ORBX's help forum and see if they have encountered this issue before and if they can suggest a solution.

Thanks again.

That sounds like a good plan.

Does the default LM aircraft crash flying out of Kelowna airport?

I have not tried the default aircraft out of Kelowna - probably cant keep that jet fighter in the air long enough to see if the sim crash occurs. However, the crash does happen with the 737 ngx out of Kelowna.

Thanks for the reply. I will give the default aircraft a try.

@ bigmarty ,

Not just LM F-22, any default LM aircraft out of Kelowna.
