UPGRADE V3 TO V4

Hello Team,

On 15th of May, we have purchased 2 licences of the P3D v3.
now i see that you have released a new version (v4)

why this was not told us before?
how can we get and use the latest release v4 (Offcurse without paying again for the licence)
