Had previous v4 and now I'm flying with v5 with A LOT OF SCENERIES +100 using 2 dedicated SSD drives outside C:
Does v6 can be installed in an external SSD drive?

Yes.
However, you will also need at least 35GB on your C: drive and an Internet connection for P3Dv6 Personal edition.
