Scenery maker for P3D v. 4+5

Hi,
Im useing P3D ver 4 + 5
When I used FSX I had a program called Instant Scenery 3.
With that program I could make small sceneries, e.g. insert vehicles of all kind.
i could mane VOR and NDB´s, runways and buildings.
Is there a progran to use with P3D
