Download Prepar3D v 3

I had to renew my pc. On my last pc I had Prepar3Dv4.5 installed. On my new pc I tried to download v4.5, but repeatedly I came on the website for V3. I never reached a website for the v4.5 other than purchasing this version. Finally I downloaded the v3. I have a license for the v4.5. And of course I got the the anouncement: Wrong license, after installation.
What to do? Sincerely Hans Weijers.

Just to confirm, you've gone to here and entered your information one into the licence fields or customer fields (preferably license?)

Hello Andy,
Thank you for your reply. I started the download on Prepar3D.com. Then I choosed purchased downloads. That gives always v3.
I never owned v3. I was a hardened FSX/SE-PMDG pilot. Untill the VAS-problems ebcame more frequently. Then I made the change to P3D, because the version4 was the first on 64 bits. Better VAS-proof. I found in my notifications the serial key for Prepar3D v4. With kind regards, Hans Weijers.

It sounds like a problem with their download page.

Have you tried to inter your licence ID and password for P3Dv4?
