Turn OFF HDR luminance adaptation effect for P3Dv5?

Is it possible to turn OFF HDR luminance adaptation effect permanently?
I don't like honestly changing the lighting when I move the head. In RL it doesnt look like this.
In v4.5 I had turn it off by PTA:



In cfg of v5 is option ADAPTATION_RATE_SCALAR=0.050000 as default,
but its time rate only I suppose.

Id like to keep bloom settings more than zero still.

would be great if there is a way to turn it off. Or let us tune the amount because the current one is a bit too much (imo).

What i noticed it that this effect is gone (for me) after i installed Envshade.

The main reason I have ENVSHADE installed. I would love to be able to remove this effect without having to use ENVSHADE.
