hi folks question I keep getting error 5013 no remaining activations when I went to reinstall p3d today, full install had a clean install on the computer but before that I uninstalled p3d fully.
only day I have off to fly and ive contacted lm but no word yet .
when I unstialled it before clean whipping the drive I read that it should have freed up the activation but its not doing that,
now that I'm trying to do some flying I cant activate so is anyone there form lm today that can help?

To reset your Prepar3D Activation e-mail licensing@prepar3d.com with a very brief explanation of the reason you need your license reactivated, along with your license ID and Invoice number. Emails are addressed in two business days, weekends are not Included.

Before you Reinstall Prepar3D or perform any Major hardware Upgrades Including Operating system, you need to Uninstall/Deactivate Prepar3D v3 first to avoid Activation Issues
