I found this scenery for Kansas City at Simmarket. The scenery is by Tropicalsim and its from 2018 for P3d4, but it works in P3D6 although I had to manually put into the Scenery Library. This is the earliest addon that I have installed in P3D6. Since the native scenery for Kansas City has an elevation issue I thought I would take a chance and give this addon a try. There is a lot more to it than just what's in this shot.
