Leaving New Orleans

No post processing in this image other than some cropping. That's the Virtualcol CRJ 900 over the Superdome.

I see some black buildings in your screenshot.
Which scenery are you using?

Martyson,
Here are two more images of the New Orleans scenery. These two are more heavily processed. Its from LatinVFR bought from SimMarket. Its for P3D4 and P3D5. My recollection is that it installed in my P3D5 add on folder on the C drive and then I had to move it to the P3D6 add on folder so it would display. I had not noticed the black buildings .

The documentation says its been available since 2019, and that its for KMSY and surroundings, but doesn't say how far away from the airport it extends. This is several minutes after take off and at about 4000 feet I think, so we are pretty far away from the airport. There is a lot going on with this scenery, but also a lot of water so its not too bad on frame rates. I have frame rates locked at 30 and I think I was getting 28 or 29 fps.

Hi bullfox ,

Ok, so the many black buildings in both screenshots is because the scenery you are using is not compatible with P3D6.

Note:
Also, using old 2019 ported products in P3D6 may have other problems e.g.:
Wrong runways
Wrong ILS runway alignment
Wrong ILS frequencies
Wrong taxiways

Just about everything I have ported over to P3D6 from P3D5 works well enough for my purposes. The main P3D6 problem I am tryng to solve is the excessively blue scenery at altitude. I think what might e needed i something like RD Shade for P3D6. Unfortunately they don't have any plans to update.
