You already verifies the Textures were present, correct?

Just as a quick check compare with IFly's Sections titled:
[fltsim.0] , [fltsim.1],[fltsim.2]

Was your list including the liveries you downloaded and installed?

Which default livery (or liveries) came with the Aerosoft purchase?

Ok,

What I think would be best because some of your manual install was included.

Uninstall liveries.
Uninstall the Aerosoft Aircraft.

Reboot the PC.

Install the Aerosoft aircraft.

Reboot the PC.

Do an initial P3D loading of the aircraft (no flying) at the default airport.

Exit P3D, reboot the PC.

Check the aircraft.cfg
How many liveries are included in the default install?

Now install one Aerosoft livery.

Check the aircraft.cfg to see if it is included.

Start P3D and see if it is in the list.

On a quick search I see back in 2018 there were problems installing Aerosoft products liveries and talk about doing it manually.
Sound a lot like the problem you encountered.

I read all of that and did some more searching and I think for now I'm going to stay with what I got and and see what happens down the road.I put a couple tickets in to aerosoft about it but haven't heard back.So for now I will stand pat.I did do a reinstall as per your recommendation but to no avail .Thank you so much again and if anything changes I will keep you informed on this.
