Hot Fix?

Where is the hotfix that was suppose to have come out Tuesday for version 4.5?
It's being talked about all over but not here on this site.

I guess if this site isn't talking about it then it doesn't exist.

I would like to see one. Something is different. Although my machine can withstand the lowerd frame rates I know some people can't afford the big drop.

Also is the fix is to do away with the fantastic night lighting improvements that were made, then I say leave it alone.

My basic question remains the same though.........

Where is this so called hotfix?
