I have just seen announcements that P3D v.4.5 is available.
Perhaps I'm on the slow side, but I have yet to locate anything on the P3D site or elsewhere that actually tells you how to get the damn thing! The P3D Store has nothing beyond v.4.4.
I now have installed, P3d v.4.4, plus a bunch of add-ons: Orbx and Rex and a few payware planes for P3D. To get P3D, do I start all over? Or is it an update/add-on to v.4.4?
BTW, the link regarding availability of this new version contains a section telling us we must uninstall P3D v.4.4 "Client" to install v.4.5 "Client." I found this text impenetrable; and if I have any P3D files with "client" in them, Windows File Explorer can't find them.

Uninstall Client in Control panel/Programs and features, then istall the new Client... But I would wait with that if I was you, problems with scenery and performance for some in V4.5.
