Trying to set up a simple two waypoint racetrack pattern for an AI aircraft to follow. Want the aircraft to fly directly at the waypoint and once through it do a 35 degree left turn to point right at the other waypoint and just repeat over and over again.
Having two issues.
First, how do I specify turn direction? I realize I can specify another couple waypoints to force it to turn left, but the addition of another waypoint makes it kind of choppy.
Second, during the turn the ai aircraft overshoots the heading to the new waypoint and then has to do a minor correction as it travels to it. How do I avoid overshooting?
Two Quick Waypoint Questions
Re: Two Quick Waypoint Questions
Hi , I tried the same and with mixed results , found the degree of bank an interesting one as offers + and - degrees , but could not see a change..I managed a circuit but with 4 waypoints..
