[RESOLVED] Installation failed

I purchased Prepar3Dv4 today and upon running the application got an installation failed message.

Please advise how to rectify this

If you are still having Issues Installing Prepar3D v4, Please Post an Image of the error message you see or post the log file from the error

I turned off my PC then started over successfully all good now
