Having Issues Updating Hotfix 1

Post by higgy_de »

I am in computerbusiness since 20 years, never seen so much problems and steps
only for installing a hotfix :( :( :(
BAD !
Also License reactivate not possible, only errors after client deinstalled and licence deactivating.
So now i cannot use my sim :( :(

I am really annoyed to have spent 200 Euros :(

Have you followed the Step-by-Step-Guide?

I did and successfully made the update within 10 minutes.

Well, not really!
You will now be given an option to "deactivate Prepar3D v4 or not "

If you are simply updating the Client, You can choose “No” Your Prepar3D license will stay active, therefore you will not have to reactivate once the update is finished.

But I'm sure, LM will solve the issue with and for you!
