Is there a zoom restriction on clients in multichannel? I can’t seem to get Initial Zoom above 1.5 in the Camera config on the clients.

Do you have zoom enabled on your ViewGroup?
Are you trying to zoom the clients independently?
Typically, the server activates a view group which has view assigned to displays on the clients. These view get their actual fov settings (side-angles, offsets, etc) based on how the ViewGroup is configured. If the ViewGroup allows zooming, you can zoom the server's view which will then recalculate the appropriate fov of each view with the zoom level accounted for. I don't believe that there is any additional restrictions on how far in you can zoom, but there are some restrictions on how far out. As long as no individual view goes over 140 degrees, you can zoom all the way out until the group's overall field of view is 360.
