ATC Window in VR Cockpit using Oculus Rift

With no FlyInside for p3d version 4, I've been using the VR Cockpit utilizing my oculus rift. Does anyone know how to get the ATC window INSIDE the virtual cockpit so I can communicate with ATC WITHOUT taking off the oculus headset??? Do I really have to wait for FLYINSIDE to come out with a compatible version 4?
