I need to know how to trigger the callbacks and when they are triggered.
The documentation says this:
SIMCONNECT_RECV_EVENT_WEAPON
The SIMCONNECT_RECV_EVENT_WEAPON structure is sent to a client when they have requested to leave a race, or to all players when the session is terminated by the host.
SIMCONNECT_RECV_EVENT_COUNTERMEASURE
The SIMCONNECT_RECV_EVENT_COUNTERMEASURE structure is sent to a client when they have requested to leave a race, or to all players when the session is terminated by the host.
SIMCONNECT_RECV_EVENT_OBJECT_DAMAGED_BY_WEAPON
