Good day.
Purchased Prepar3Dv5 on 12-08-2021.
After installation I get the message:
The code execution could not continue because MSVCP 140.dll was not found. You may be able to resolve this issue by reinstalling the program.
Code execution could not continue because VCRUNTIME 140.dll was not found. You may be able to fix this by reinstalling the program.
I have done this several times but the message reappears.
So I can't install the program any further!
Do you perhaps have the solution for this?

First of all, do you run Windows 10? If not, you need to.
If you do, then run Windows Update, and make sure that under "Advanced options" in Update, the switch "Receive updates for other Microsoft products" is set to On. Important: leave this switch in the On position from now on.
After that, try installing again, but - again important - run the installer as Administrator.
