I have searched high and low, have a new install of windows 10 up to date, have done an "SFC/scannow" under cmd administrator , no problem found, I have NO other programs on the computer except anti Virus/Google/ and Nvidia control panel and I have set the 3d section to the highest level. I have an i7-8700k / rtx2070 / 32 gb ddr4 3000 ram and 1x500 gb ssd and 1xTB ssd

I have tried downloading in both Google and Internet explorer, same result from both downloads.

I CANNOT even EXTRACT the zipped file. HELP PLEASE. I never had this problem with P3D v4.5.. Have I just wasted my money ??

I have just tried again using WinZip and following is the log file of that failed attempt:-

NOTE :- I just tried the EXTRACT the downloaded file on another computer and it got to 68% and then same error message ?????

I have since downloaded using a download manager, same result. The file WILL NOT EXTRACT past 68% on my games computer or my laptop. Nothing

I have done a complete re-install of windows 10 and tried again same error number 0x80004005 so I ran "cmd /administrator sfc/scannow and result was" No Fault Found"..

Where to now??????

I have asked for and received a refund.. shame but there is absolutely NO way I can extract the zip files, let alone see what the product is like...
