[RESOLVED] New Computer for Christmas. License Question

Hi Everyone,

Could I ask for advise on how best to manage this...

My son uses P3D and we are getting him a new computer for Christmas. Whats the best way to switch the licence as close to Christmas as possible with the minimal downtime?

Is there anyway we can run on 2 computers for a week overlap?

Last year his PC crashed on Xmas day so don't want a repeat of the disappointment.

Hello Barry

Welcome to the Prepar3D Forum.

You can uninstall \ deactivate the Prepar3D Client only, This will releases the license from your current operating system allowing you to activate Prepar3D on the new computer

Please see the topic below for steps to deactivate Prepar3D
