Hi,

You see a lot of problems here because this is the place where folks come for help. Its A Support forum.
If you did have an error there are lot of helpful folks and other users who have experienced similar and we do try to get people up and running.

Just make sure if you do "Take the Plunge" to read the install instructions which will be available to you from your accounts download page after purchase.

Yes 99% of buyers probably don't even come here with problems. They may come for latest news etc but most have no issues.
