Licence Reimstall Email?

Hi There.I have sent an email over the weekend as I have reinstalled Prepar3d but having a licence issue. I'm just wondering how long it takes for someone to reply. I have sent the email to the licence email address and I'm aware that they don't work weekends.

Hi Pete,

Usually it takes 2-3 working days not including the weekend. I believe they are really busy with much more requests than anticipated.

They never expected that department to be so busy.

If no reply after 3 working days the re-send your request as it may have be caught by the spam filter.
