Issue report: KTM VOR DME: Wrong frequency

Dear P3D team

Thanks for the work done, great !
Found a smal issue:

Prepar3D v5 5.1.12.26829
File NVX08020.bgl in P3Dv5 directory \Scenery\0802\scenery:

KTM (VORDME) frequency is 113.2, shall be 112.30
