If set enabled, clouds are reflected without including the shape of the water surface. So it should depend on the wind and size of the waterbodies, if a reflection can be seen or not. Maybe even an intermediate form of distorted reflection is possible, making P3D even more realistic in look. I have to add here, I don't use maximum tesselation to have wakes, since AI ships water effects don't work then.
Also star reflections are way to perfect. Mostly these can't be seen that way, like actually in P3D, apart from our sun and the moon. Stars can't even disabled.
I have clouds disabled, since water most of the time is not reflecing them like a mirror.
