What I would do is get back to a basic PC and basic P3D setup.

First, have you used the TM (Target) software to check the TM controllers?
Note: uncharted area for me because I use FSUIPC for the setups.

Have you tried Calibrating the controllers inside P3D Options?

Generally :
Uninstall FSLabs
Uninstall TM software
Unplug TM Joystick and Throttle

Shut down PC

Start PC
Add back your MS controller
Start P3D default flight
verify all ok
exit P3D

remove MS controller

shut down PC
Start PC

Add TM Joytick and Throttles
Test P3D default flight.

flatcaprob1 Have you been able to resolve this? I'm in the same situation with Thrustmaster TCA sidestick, X and Y axes don't show any movement while everything else works (Z axis and all the buttons are ok). When I tried it yesterday, it worked all fine, then I haven't touched it overnight and today it doesn't register any movement on those two axes. I think this might be a hardware failure in the sidestick?

Before you do anything else, try to unplug and plug all the connections back in.

And, if the connections go through a hub, are then all your hubs powered?
