Brunner Electronik USB Yoke not loading w/ P3D V5.2

I am having a problem with the Brunner Elektronik Yoke in P3D V5.2. The CLSim Brunner Electronik software is running and all devices are showing in the SLSinm window, both the CLSE YOKE and the Rudder. I am running the PMDG 737 800 plane and CLSim 4.31. The Brunner Electronik Rudder works however the Yoke does not. I rebooted several times and once back in the the simulator, P3D5.2, the yoke does not work. This was a sporadic problem before the windows update KB5009543, but now P3Dv5 does not see the Yoke anymore even after reboots. Is there a reset command to reactivate a USB Device (in my case the Brunner Elektronik Yoke) in P3D5.2? Any help would be appreciated.
