i7 6700K and 2060 S for Triple Monitors
i7 6700K and 2060 S for Triple Monitors
Hi everyone. I am planning to use Full HD 3 monitors setup for P3D V4.5. I currently have RTX 2060 Super,16 GB RAM 2400 Mhz, and i7 6700K CPU. I want to play high or ultra graphic settings and install some visual addons(ORBX, REX, etc.). Is this configuration enough to run P3D at 30+ FPS? If you say an upgrade is required, how should I upgrade?

If your budget will allow it, then I would propose, in this order:
1. Get a potentially faster CPU that will fit in the socket you have, then overclock it to the far side of 4.5 GHz.
2. Look into a graphics card with more VRAM, such as the nVidia 3080 series.

Thanks for your suggestion first. I don't have the budget for the 3080 series but I can push the budget for the 3060 12GB. What do you think of this GPU?

The 3060 will certainly bring an improvement. But do remember that you also need a powerful CPU to feed the card.

P3D will run fine on an AMD card, as evidenced by a lot of threads in these forums.
But I have no personal experience with them. If you search these forums for the card model, you'll find the issues reported with it.
