New Install on W7 no startup

Hi, I created a new Win 7, downloaded and installed PREAPE3D but no forthcoming ....
Initially the scenery indices were created, then the black window disappeared.
That's all - either I foumd PREAPE3D in the task manager or it terminates.

Win 7 all updates
RADEON R7 240
Dual core 2.7 Mhz 8GB

How to fix the problem or just to begin somewhere?

This happened to me once. I changed all the drivers and problems disappeared.
