Night Sky Blue Banding

I am using P3d.5.3 on a 4k monitor with an RTX4090 GPU.

I have EA on and am using volumetric Clouds. During daytime, dawn or dusk the sky coloring is fine, no issues.

However whenever flying at night I have "layers" appear in the sky which appear to have a blue tint. If I look externally and to the sky above the
"color banding" appears to look like concentric circles in the sky.

does anyone perhaps have an idea what could be causing this ?

I will check later, but I think I see the same thing.
