Black Screen When Load Into Scenario

Hi, I am new to P3D and I downloaded the Aerosoft A330, Chaseplane, Active Sky. It has been running fine but after downloading chaseplane the scenario just load in black. It can’t be chaseplane because I have performed a fresh install with no addons and this still doesn’t resolve the problem. I have no clue what to do?
