P3D is tonight asking me to activate, so I use the credentials I've always used, but it won't activate citing Error 5017 Invalid License status.
If I log in to the store with the same credentials it says No records found for the entered License ID and License Password combination.
Please can someone help me - I pay monthly for Prepar3D V4 and Prepar3D v5 Professional Developer licenses, I'd like to have it working!
It must be because my card expired at the end of June. How do I change my card details?

Sorted it, by use of the FAQ. Shame you can't just update your card details, but it's sorted thats the main thing.
