Transaction voided but debited from card

Hi, i was wondering if someone knows what to do since my card card has been declined exactly 4 times when i was trying to purchase the academic license for p3d v5 but all 4 times according to my bank the payment went through and didn’t received any order confirmation from p3d nor no downloads for the v5 version are available on the downloads section except for the v4 purchased years ago. Now i spent more than 200 usd but didn’t received anything. Hope that someone knows what should i do.

Just to mention you should have received one automated reply from LM.

Be sure to check your Spam folder in case it was delivered there on accident.
