frame drop inconstant P3D 4.5

hello, I have the p3d4.5 and I always have more than 50fps and suddently in this week my fps are droping from 100 to 15 and then to 50 etc.. they are not constant. it causes lots of lag and sim crash too. I have an GTX1660S and a I5-9400f and 8 ram. someone can help how to fix? tks

What clock rate is your CPU running at?

my cpu is an i59400f 2.9GHz base clock
some times can go to 3.6 or to 1.7 ghz

If possible, turn off the Intel "Turbo boost" feature. This is giving you the variable clock rate and therefore also variable frame rate.

Instead, overclock the CPU to a constant clock rate, maybe 3.5 GHz.
