Missing 3D tree's

Hi there, got two computer to running main Prepar3d and Windows side, on windows a lot of tree's, in main the computer the most of tree's are paint , not in 3D, fresh install since 1 month, no add on, PreparV4.2

Do you have dynamic autogen checked on in the graphics settings?
