Navaids Updates

Is there an easy way to update the navaids to allow accurate navigation based on current magnetic variation? We are running P3D Pro on several T-6B VR Trainers for the Navy. In my previous career I maintained Joint Mission Planning systems that were easily updated with DAFIF and FLIP data from the NGA monthly. Since these are military systems training military pilots who use Military Operation Areas and bases it would be great if we could access this data or had a way to import these disks into P3D at least for our local operating regions.
