Re: Download error - PREPAR3D® V5.2 ACADEMIC
Hello,
We recommend that you check your windows hosts file to ensure that secure.prepar3d.com has not been blocked from accessing the download page.
The hosts file is a computer file that is used by the operating system to map hostnames to IP addresses, Its possible your virus scanner or firewall software has added an entry to your host file that blocks the site.
Cheers,
Chris

- 1. Type %WINDIR%\System32\Drivers\etc into your windows search bar
2 Click on the folder to open
3. Right click on the hosts file & open with Notepad
4. Review & delete any entry that refers to Prepar3D
5. Save the updates and try accessing the site again.

My solution was to use a VPN to download, seems like an issue with my internet service provider.
