3PD 5.1v crashes on installation start up.
clean reinstall 3 times 3PD5.1v screen opens. Crashes. Latest Nvidia driver 446.7 Latest W10 updates. GTX 1080 i7-7700 @4.2 Ghz. multiple screens .ORBX scenery addons. Many due to successful 3PD 5v. Have deleted large amounts same problem. Now restored important ORBX addons .Screen crashes 2 seconds after loading.Is there an activation key?

I do not see any Nvidia driver version 446.7 ?

To try to isolate what is causing the CTD
Look in the Windows Event Viewer and get the
Faulting Module Name

I had the same problem yesterday evening. I' m afraid that it has to do with the new Windows 21H1 which came out lately. Before the update I didn't have any problems.
Before the Windows update I didn't change anything on the Prepar3d installation.
I didn't update the Nvidia driver as well. Unfortunately I didn't make screenshots from the application log file but I remembered it had to do with certain rights on a registry key (Dword).
I did a complete vanilla W10 reinstall but I didn't install Prepar3d 5.1 yet. Tonight I will do a vanilla P3d installation and will report back.
