DISCO AVERIADO Prepar3d v3

Muy buenas, el Prepar3D V3 lo tengo instalado desde que lo compré hace unos años, y el disco duro SSD se ha averiado y no lo he podido desinstalar, he comprado otro disco nuevo para su isntalación pero no me deja registrarlo, que es lo que tengo que hacer.

Could it be posible to re-activate my licence one more time so I can use it on my new hard drive?
