Update email address

How do I update my email address to my accounts?

All of your contact information can be viewed and edited in the customer portal. You can find the customer portal link on your original invoice, or with this link: https://secure.prepar3d.com/solo/custom ... rHome.aspx

Unfortunately the only problem with that is I cannot remember my password because I log in automatically. I cannot request a new password because that email account is no longer active. It was a mistake on Microsoft part when they accidentally removed my primary account when helping me with another account that I have. Its a long story, but I do have access to my Prepar3D accounts for downloads and to the forum. However, I will not be able to receive any incoming emails from Prepar3D unless I find a way to update my accounts.
