Good evening to install version 4.5 for my pc these requirements are fine

Based on this:

Hold off until you get a new CPU. It should preferably run at 4 GHZ or over.

Considering this

Wait until you have a new CPU. It should ideally operate at 4 GHZ or higher. Or a search for it You might find some websites discussing it,
