strob number for runway lighting systems...

I've noticed a problem that has probably been going on since FSX
strobe number(we can set in the AFCAD) not working for:
alsf1
alsf2
salsf
sals
odals
rail

strobe number working for:
malsr
ssalf
ssals
calvert
calvert2
mals

and the second problem, which is possibly related to the first:
we can set in the AFCAD REIL lights without Edge lights it but it won't work to set separate, only if we set together( REIL lights + Edge lights)...
