Any fix yet for slow flight plan creation

Running 5.3 hotfix 1. I experience very slow creation and loading of flight plans in the P3D flight planner. Like 5 minutes for an IFR flight from EFJY to EFVA in Norway. This is on a high-end machine with Ryzen 7 3700X processor, 32G of memory and a 1 TB M2 drive. I have to go away and make a coffee. Sometimes I add something stronger.

Others have said the P3D flight planner checks every file in ORBX Vector and this causes the slowdown. I do have Vector and to test I uninstalled it via Orbx Central. I can verify that this awkward workaround is the answer as the Flight Planner now is almost instant.
