V5.3 HF1 - Airport effects/lights are stuck ON

Clean v5.3 HF1 install. Default airports (and add-on) are now showing all light effects (apron, runway etc) during the daylight hours.

LM dev team, if technically possible can share a fix here that does not involve us waiting for the next HF or .x release ?

An option to turn this on or off would be very nice :-)
In Europe many Airport have the Lights on during daytime.

I hope that the new Client will be updated with the same version, considering that others are updating the software with the new version.
Also it would appreciated if you can share a fix without have to reinstall pieces of software (especially before the holidays).
